Sleeping Arrangements Our home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests across three thoughtfully arranged bedrooms. -Master Suite – A quiet retreat featuring a king bed, private deck with ocean-facing views, a spacious walk-in closet, and an en-suite ¾ bath with walk-in shower. Also includes a desk and chair for a quiet work space. -Second Bedroom – A cozy king bed and extra floor space for stretching out or using a pack-n-play (provided). -Bunk Room – A fun space for kids or extra guests, with twin bunk beds, a twin daybed with trundle (sleeps 4 total). -Infant/Toddler Needs – Pack-n-play available on-siteOutdoor Activities -Step out your door and into nature! Whether you're soaking up the sun or chasing a kite, the outdoor setup is made for fun and relaxation. -Beach Access – Walk through 7 acres of protected dunes to reach the beach in just 5 minutes, or drive directly onto the sand (great for families with young children or guests with mobility needs). -Outdoor Shower – Rinse off the salt and sand with our newly added hot/cold outdoor shower. -Firepit – Gather around in the evenings for stories, s’mores, and stargazing. -Games & Gear – Enjoy bocce ball, horseshoes, bean bag toss, croquet, kites, sand toys, frisbee, and more—plenty to keep everyone entertained. 🏡 House Amenities -Our home is equipped with everything you need to feel comfortable, whether you’re here for a weekend or an extended stay. -Fully Stocked Kitchen – Includes pots, pans, dishes, basic spices, oil, and both a drip coffee maker and Keurig for morning brews your way. -Living Room – Features a wood-burning fireplace, flat-screen TV, books, movies, and board games. -Laundry – Washer and dryer available on-site. -Linens Provided – Towels, sheets, toilet paper, hand soap, and cleaning basics. -Wi-Fi & Central Heating – Stay connected and cozy, no matter the season. No AC, but we do have a mobile AC unit available for extra hot days. ℹ️ Miscellaneous Things to Know We want your stay to be smooth and relaxing, so here are a few extra notes: -BBQ Info – A gas grill is available for guest use but the owners do not maintain it! Please check the propane level and clean the grill after use. -Pets – Pets available on a case-by-case basis at $20 per day per pet. Please reach out to us for more info. -Parking – Driveway can fit 3 cars comfortably, up to 4. No street parking per neighborhood rules. -Safety & Privacy – Located in a gated community, the home offers peace of mind and quiet surroundings. -Local Tax – A 10% county lodging tax will be added to your total.
