Escape to the Oregon Coast in this peaceful, family-friendly beach house! Just a 5-min walk through dunes to the ocean, our cozy home is perfect for your getaway. Newly remodeled! Stunning high-end kitchen & bathroom. Plus outdoor hot/cold shower. Experiencing ocean sunsets on the deck while enjoying wildlife sightings, yard games, a firepit! With flexible sleeping arrangements, a fully stocked kitchen, & nearby attractions, it’s the perfect spot to connect, unwind, & make lifelong memories!

Sleeping Arrangements Our home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests across three thoughtfully arranged bedrooms. -Master Suite – A quiet retreat featuring a king bed, private deck with ocean-facing views, a spacious walk-in closet, and an en-suite ¾ bath with walk-in shower. Also includes a desk and chair for a quiet work space. -Second Bedroom – A cozy king bed and extra floor space for stretching out or using a pack-n-play (provided). -Bunk Room – A fun space for kids or extra guests, with twin bunk beds, a twin daybed with trundle (sleeps 4 total). -Infant/Toddler Needs – Pack-n-play available on-siteOutdoor Activities -Step out your door and into nature! Whether you're soaking up the sun or chasing a kite, the outdoor setup is made for fun and relaxation. -Beach Access – Walk through 7 acres of protected dunes to reach the beach in just 5 minutes, or drive directly onto the sand (great for families with young children or guests with mobility needs). -Outdoor Shower – Rinse off the salt and sand with our newly added hot/cold outdoor shower. -Firepit – Gather around in the evenings for stories, s’mores, and stargazing. -Games & Gear – Enjoy bocce ball, horseshoes, bean bag toss, croquet, kites, sand toys, frisbee, and more—plenty to keep everyone entertained. 🏡 House Amenities -Our home is equipped with everything you need to feel comfortable, whether you’re here for a weekend or an extended stay. -Fully Stocked Kitchen – Includes pots, pans, dishes, basic spices, oil, and both a drip coffee maker and Keurig for morning brews your way. -Living Room – Features a wood-burning fireplace, flat-screen TV, books, movies, and board games. -Laundry – Washer and dryer available on-site. -Linens Provided – Towels, sheets, toilet paper, hand soap, and cleaning basics. -Wi-Fi & Central Heating – Stay connected and cozy, no matter the season. No AC, but we do have a mobile AC unit available for extra hot days. ℹ️ Miscellaneous Things to Know We want your stay to be smooth and relaxing, so here are a few extra notes: -BBQ Info – A gas grill is available for guest use but the owners do not maintain it! Please check the propane level and clean the grill after use. -Pets – Pets available on a case-by-case basis at $20 per day per pet. Please reach out to us for more info. -Parking – Driveway can fit 3 cars comfortably, up to 4. No street parking per neighborhood rules. -Safety & Privacy – Located in a gated community, the home offers peace of mind and quiet surroundings. -Local Tax – A 10% county lodging tax will be added to your total. Airbnb does not automatically include this, so your quote will be manually updated before booking confirmation.

House Rules

1. Quiet Hours between 10pm - 7am 2. No Outdoor Fires on property 3. No Pets allowed. If evidence of a pet is found upon check out, there will be a $200 fine. 4. Extra guests/visitors. We don't allow visitors or extra guests outside the scheduled number of guests. If your guest count changes, or you would like to have a visitor, please let us know. Visitors are only allowed during the day unless agreed upon with the owner. 4. We do not accept bookings made by third parties. The guest who makes the reservation must be the one staying. 5. Guests must immediately report any problems with the home. While we try to solve problems as quickly as possible, we ask our guests to be patient and understand we rely on 3rd party services. 6. Our cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest. Please follow our check-out instructions as the deposit is contingent on all instructions being followed. 7. All guests must obey local laws during their stay. Any evidence of violence, theft, invasion, stalking, drugs or damage regarding the host, other guests, or property, will be reported to local authorities. 8. Hurricanes, storms, and power outages: there are NO REFUNDS for hurricanes, storms, or power outages because of weather, even if a mandatory evacuation is ordered. Renter assumes the risk of weather. 9. Parking is limited to three (3) vehicles in on-site parking spaces. On street parking is not available. 10. Child proofing. Renter understands that no special efforts have been made to "childproof" the property and renter assumes the risk of harm to children while on the property. These may include access to ocean, street, cleaning supplies in the house, etc. By booking our accommodation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these house rules. Any violation of these rules may result in the eod of the stay without the right to any refund.

We stayed at Katie's place while in Oregon for a wedding at a nearby house. We absolutely loved our stay here. Newly remodeled kitchen, comfortable beds, clean, and responsive host. Host provided great suggestions on where to grocery shop and such. Outdoor shower was definitely a bonus after walking on the beach. I didn't want to leave! I truly have nothing bad to say about this place - highly recommend. We hope to go back soon with our kids in tow this time.

Katie was super responsive and proactive in providing information for our trip. The house was lovely and well stocked, specifically the towels! Always super helpful to have extra towels with kids around. Speaking of kids, a fun surprise to not only see kid toys available, but also kid-friendly plates, cups, etc. Great house and can easily imagine staying there again with friends or family.

Our family of 5 stayed for a couple nights. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was a quick walk to the beach on a well kept path right next to the property. We went razor clamming both mornings we were there and limited out on nice sized clams. I would definately recommend this home to any family looking for a nice beach stay. Astoria, Seaside, and Cannon Beach were all just a quick drive away for shopping. Check out Young River Falls if you have time!

We had a wonderful family vacation! Katie's place has been beautifully renovated and decorated. The kitchen is well appointed and stocked with spices, etc. We lacked for nothing. It was a joy to use the fireplace and fire pit several nights. There's an outside shower with hot water that made a huge difference regarding sandy children and adults. Katie has toys, books and games that were greatly appreciated. The bedrooms and bathrooms were attractive and comfortable. The open concept was roomy and comfirtable. We all agree that a return trip is in our future! The location is private and convenient to shopping, Cannon Beach and Astoria. We enjoyed the beach and exploring the area. There's not one thing that I would change! Thank you for sharing your lovely beach home!

We will definitely stay at Katie’s place in Surfpines again. It is right on the path to the beach. Gorgeous sunsets. Wonderful backyard for the kiddos. It’s comfortable but not over the top fancy. Wonderful, wonderful stay. Can’t beat the location. Thank you!

We have stayed at this house two years now. We love the location. It's a farely easy walk to the beach. Plenty of parking. Quiet neighborhood. We had previously stayed in seaside for a few years but it's too crowded and touristy for us. The house is nice and has everything we need for cooking, playing in the yard, at the beach, and games for inside also.

We were two families for a total of four adults and four kids, and Katie's place was perfect for us! The bunk room held the four kids easily, and the other 2 bedrooms were great! The beach was an easy, lovely 5 minute walk, and it felt very private and peaceful. The house was well stocked for cooking and living, and had lots of fun extras like sand chairs and games. It's a quick drive into seaside or Astoria for restaurants, activities, etc. Great place!!
